Letter from the President

I am honoured and humbled to step into the role of President for London Middlesex Crime Stoppers. As I take on this responsibility, I am fueled by a profound sense of duty and an unwavering commitment to our community’s safety and well-being.

Together, we stand at a critical juncture—a moment that calls for unity, resilience, and collective action. Our mission at Crime Stoppers is not merely about combating crime; it’s about building a safer, more secure environment for every individual in our midst. It’s about fostering a culture where safety is not a privilege but a fundamental right for all.

I firmly believe that the strength of a community lies in its ability to come together, support one another, and work hand in hand towards a common goal. Each one of us plays a pivotal role in shaping the safety of our neighbourhoods, our streets, and our homes.

As we move forward, I urge you to join me in this endeavour. Let us break down barriers, bridge divides, and forge partnerships that transcend differences. Let us empower one another to speak up, to share information, and to act in the best interest of our community’s safety.

Together, we can harness the power of collaboration, innovation, and compassion to create a safer, more resilient London Middlesex. I invite you to be an active participant in this journey—to lend your voice, your ideas, and your support as we navigate the path ahead.

Remember, change begins with us. Every action we take, and every step we make towards a safer community contributes to the collective progress we aspire to achieve.

I am excited about the possibilities that lie before us. With your dedication and support, I am confident that we will not only tackle challenges but also pave the way for a future where safety, trust, and unity thrive.

Thank you for entrusting me with this responsibility. Let’s make a difference that resonates throughout our community and beyond.

Sincerely,
Lloyd Stacey
President & Chairman of the Board
London Middlesex Crime Stoppers

Crime Stoppers of London Middlesex invites you to become a part of their team.

London Middlesex Crime Stoppers is currently looking for dedicated volunteers.  Our valued and dedicated volunteer team is the strength of Crime Stoppers of London Middlesex.  Citizens who join our locally focused committees participate in activities and events to promote public awareness and knowledge of the Crime Stoppers program, the Tip Line, and how we ensure anonymity. Committees meet once each month or as needed. Committee volunteers are encouraged to liaise with various leaders within their community to build relationships with all stakeholder groups.

Each committee is led by a Chair Person and has a representative who sits on the Board of Directors. Committees create and execute awareness and/or fund raising events that they feel reflect the personality and character of their local community.

The Board of Directors is comprised of a cross-section of volunteers who govern the overall operations of Crime Stoppers. Reward payments are authorized by the Board of Directors. The Board creates and ensures adherence to Policy & Procedures as well as our By-Laws, and executes some fundraising events.

The Board of Directors requires members who are:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • not employees of any law enforcement agency
  • live in the London Middlesex area
  • willing to become a Director of the Board
